Not sure I agree with this--my impression is that Garcia is clearly the better QB and that we should play him as much as possible. His mistakes are mostly experience issues that can be corrected with time and coaching.

However, far be it from me to question Coach Spurrier. He may very well know what he's doing. And he's right about one thing: Garcia did make some mistakes the other night. However, I'm not sure that whatever improvement in decision-making skills that Smelley brings makes up for the fact that he has trouble getting the ball to his receivers.
