I happened to be in Columbia today, so I thought I would stop by some of the Gamecock apparel stores to peruse their merchandise. Much to my surprise, I discovered that Addam’s Bookstore has a sale on last year’s Under Armour jersey replicas. Usually priced at about $65, if I remember correctly, Addam’s now has them as low as $13 and $17. I don’t know why the prices vary, but  $17 is the lowest I have ever seen an adult replica jersey. Naturally, I thought I would pass this valuable information along to any Gamecock fans who might be in the Columbia area in the near future.

I never really felt the desire to own a jersey before, especially at $65 bucks a pop, but at the above price a couldn’t resist grabbing one for next season. If you’re curious, they had garnet, black, and white varieties. Numbers included 11, 52, 7, and 12. I went with the #11 in garnet because they only had the black in #7. I suppose if you really want a black one, though, you could always tell people you’re a really big Willis Mills fan.
