Garcia and the offense have to do better. If we lose this game, it’s on them. You can’t get that many opportunities — in their territory four times — and not cash in. Losing shouldn’t even be possible after that.
I like Maddox.
The defense appears to be doing fine. Either that, or the N.C. State offense is way overrated. It’s too early to tell right now, but it looks like it’s just as likely to be the latter as the former.

A win is a win is a win...
is a win. Ugly game but we won. I’m ecstatic. Only one turnover the entire game? Awesome. The play clock winding down was never a concern. Garcia may have botled a little much, but let’s remember he’s still a sohpomore. He has shown clear improvemen over the off-season, and that’s really what I was looking for. I haven’t even mentioned the much improved running game yet. I don’t think we were lucky to win this. Both teams played poorly in some aspects, but we earned this victory. Be happy Gamecock fans, I am.
