Around SBN: Kentucky Basketball: Where the Wildcats Stand as of Today

We've won three of the last five games against our in-state rival. The overall score during that period is South Carolina 129 Clemson 109. This week presents a better group of Tigers.

Recruiting impact

is it possible to quantify just how big this is? Hasn’t CU’s biggest recruiting advantage in-state always been Carolina’s past failures and mediocrity? Well, win or lose at Auburn, that spell is forever broken.

It is possible to win at Carolina. And its being done by guys who played their H.S. football here in the Palmetto State/ Swinney can no longer work his ‘magic’ with the in-state guys. Our last big-name targets – Dukes, Byers, Clowney and Townsend – will begin to drop one by one.I think.

They wore garnet helmets.

I hope we get a Justin King trailer from the game.

I love those things.
