SEC Hoops Power Poll Ballot: 2/20-2/26

Not much changes this week. The top nearly stays the same (I put Alabama back at two because I think Vandy sucks on the road), with the only change being that I'm more sure of UGA now than I was before. There was some minor shifting in the bottom half, but since none of those teams are really very good, it's not really worth talking about too much.
