"Mr. SEC" John Pennington rounds up the current "will he or won't he" reports that still link K State's Frank Martin to the USC opening. I'm not sure some of the reporting he cites is simply background noise following David Clonninger's article on Martin from Tuesday at Gamecock Central [alas, still behind the paywall]. Good quote from Pennington to mull over: "The SEC is about to become a 14-team league (read: harder to win) while the Big 12 has now become a 10-team conference (read: easier to win)."
