When the GN takes a shot at Clemson, you know something is wrong. This goes to the heart of what I've been saying about Clemson under Swinney: Swinney is a great recruiter, and they'll continue to win some games based on talent alone, but I'm skeptical about them breaking through under a coach who is unwilling to treat star players by the same standard that he treats his other guys. Remember what happened at Florida late in Meyer's tenure? The environment there was largely a result of a lack of morale due to the double-standards Meyer applied to his star players. Swinney is walking on thin ice here.
