C-Brink will get a chance to make the NFL.
These contracts are a dime a dozen, so Brinkley still has a lot of work to do, but C&F is confident in saying that all Gamecock fans hope to see Brinkley in a league uniform this fall.
Even if it is the Panthers.
(What is it with all these Gamecocks going to the Falcons' divisional rivals? Were there no dog-fighting kingpins on the team?)

Blake was invited to tryout for the Saints, another Falcons rival. I'm actually a Saints fan myself, so I hope to see Blake make the team. I think Blake could be a decent NFL backup. He was inconsistent at Carolina, but I really think he was doomed to fail b/c of terrible o-line play. Spurrier has always said he has potential.
