I'm no theology major, but I'm pretty sure this is a sign of the apocalypse.
USA TODAY still has Southern California (No. 7) ahead of South Carolina (No. 12), so apparently the coaches of America think it's less embarrassing to lose to Stanford than it is to lose to LSU. Go figure.
(Not that I'm sure South Carolina belongs at No. 7. But if they don't, there's no way the other USC does.)
The Harris Poll also has Southern California at No. 7, ahead of South Carolina at No. 9.
For the record, there are two human polls used for the BCS: USA TODAY and Harris.
