The South Carolina Gamecocks now have 10 commitments in the 2012 recruiting class, having picked up TE Kelvin Rainey**** (6'3"/218/Yulee/FL) and OL Mason Zandi (6'7"/260/Chapin/SC) in the past week. Rainey has offers from Arkansas, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Southern Cal, among others. Zandi's other offer is from in-state rival Clemson.
The Gamecocks currently have commitments from 3 OL and 1 RB, DE, TE, DL, ATH, DB, and LB. Garnet and Black Attack recruiting coverage and analysis of positional commitments and prospects to come.
