The Wounded
Connor Shaw
I should have trusted my gut. I really thought there was a great chance that Connor Shaw would make his way onto the field against Missouri last weekend. Instead, I gave him three and a half Auguste heads, somewhere between questionable and doubtful. Well, Connor Shaw, I will never question or doubt you again, even if you did miss three days of practice this week due to illness.
Ronald Patrick
The lone senior on South Carolina's offensive line played last week against Missouri but was not as effective as he might have been were he not battling through a sprained ankle. Shawn Elliott expects Patrick to be in much better shape on Saturday against Mississippi State and for the offensive line to get a much better push against the Bulldogs.
Brandon Wilds
Running backs coach Everett Sands said that Wilds practiced in full pads on Wednesday for the first time since dislocating his elbow against UCF and that he'd like to ease him back in after the bye week. We saw last week with Connor Shaw that no injury reports are to believed, but it would be a shock if Wilds steps on the field on Saturday. Shon Carson and Jamarri Smith are currently ahead of Wilds on the depth chart.
Cody Waldrop
Clayton Stadnik has established himself as a solid option at center in the absence of Cody Waldrop, who appears to be set to miss yet another game with an ankle sprain. Waldrop is expected to return against Florida after the bye week.
Mike Davis
It very briefly looked like Mike Davis had suffered a serious injury on Saturday.
#Gamecokcks RB Mike Davis on his injury at the end of the game: "What injury? I have no idea what you’re talking about."

However, those concerns appear to have been misplaced. #28 will be ready to go on Saturday.
Gerald Dixon, Jr.
Big G missed the Missouri game with a sprained ankle.
