We're back with what's quickly become one of my favorite features, though unfortunately I find it a lot less fun when I write it up instead of Connor, who's busy getting ready to blow your mind with National Signing Day coverage.
Without further ado, here are the top 10 social media posts from the Gamecocks during the two-week or so time period since we last did one of these:
10) Brison Williams thinks workouts should be canceled for snow
I don't blame you this, Brison.
They want us to drive in the snow for workouts
— Brison Williams (@Bwill_four) January 29, 2014
9) Duane Notice is not impressed with your snow, Columbia
lol In Toronto, Ice rain, sleet, 20+ inches of snow & a power outage still had mans attending school lol. The treachery smh.
— Duane OFT Notice (@DuuTakeNotice) January 28, 2014
As Columbia was besieged by snow, Toronto native Duane Notice reminded us all that back in Canada, he had to walk uphill in the snow both ways, which for all I know is true, as Canada is a magical place that cannot be explained by the sciences currently available to us.
8) Michael Roth requires warm-ups
Keeping with the snow, Dylan Thompson and Michael Roth - two guys I would never want to be on the other side of a snowball from - discussed snowball fights around campus. However, Roth isn't going to go into battle without protecting the moneymaker.
@DT_ONE_SEVEN as long as we go threw a dynamic warmup first then I'm in.
— Michael Roth (@mtRoth29) January 28, 2014
Really, their whole conversation is kind of great.
7) Grayson Greiner likes the movie Elf
Me on campus tomorrow if it snows... pic.twitter.com/xps7ePqJvN
— Grayson Greiner (@ggreiner21) January 27, 2014
That's adorbs.
6) Whit Merrifield meets a fan who dressed well for the Capital One Bowl
I feel like I would get along well with this guy pic.twitter.com/wRPQo0tZar
— Whit Merrifield (@WhitMerrifield) January 21, 2014
If you are this person, please contact us for an interview about how many choices you had to get right to get to this place in your life.
5) Someone buy Nick Jones some gloves
This is the most concerned I've ever been about Nick Jones hands - get it, because he's a good receiver?
Seriously, South Carolina should never deal with snow. This is what happens.
4) Mark Richt did not sleep at Bryson Allen-Williams house
Lol who made up this rumor of Coach Richt being stuck at my house ????
— Bryson Allen-Wms (@B_Quatro4) January 29, 2014
More on this story here.
3) Mike Davis uses guns legally and safely and holy shit this really happened
Be safe, y'all.
2) Dylan Thompson is uninterested in appearing in your selfie
Selfie with @DT_ONE_SEVEN he saw me doing it. It was awkward. pic.twitter.com/zofcqfeKRS

1) Linemen wisely threaten coach with snowballs
Cody Gibson called out Shawn Elliott on social media during the snow in Columbia:
Waiting on you @ShawnElliottUSC pic.twitter.com/D4qr8nTWeg
— Cody Gibson (@Flaswag78) January 29, 2014
Credit to our linemen, who will clearly be brave enough to play in the SEC if they are brave enough to taunt this man.
Tune in next time, where Steve Tanneyhill will tell us all about gambling in Five Points, and hopefully Connor will return, which means the jokes will be funnier.
