The SEC Network is almost two weeks old. So far, it has lived up to its promise of being an advertisement for the conference's 14 member schools but done little else. (The replays of classic SEC games have been great though. Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind if that comprised the entirety of the non-live game programming.) That changes on Wednesday night when the Steve Spurrier documentary "The Believer" airs just under 24 hours before South Carolina and Texas A&M play the first live football game on the network.
A disturbing production credit notwithstanding, people are almost as excited about this documentary as they are about the game itself.
When does it air?
8 p.m. EST on Wednesday, August 27.
What channel is it on?
In case you missed it the first three times we mentioned it, "The Believer" airs on the SEC Network. If you somehow have not yet figured on which station your cable provider carries the channel, you can solve that mystery here:

Where can I share my thoughts on the film as I watch it?
The Garnet And Black Attack staff will be making its thoughts known in the comments section. We hope to see you there.
