Charlotte Observer: South Carolina contacts Carolina Panthers about possibly playing LSU in Charlotte stadium. The latest on the viability of the Queen City option. We should hear something today either way.  I'd prefer that if we do go to LSU, they don't rub salt in the wound by making it a night game; with the noon slot already reserved on the SEC-N, however, maybe a USC-LSU contest relocated to Tiger Stadium would be an 11 am central time kickoff - which might level the playing field a bit.  Of course a similar early start didn't bother Mizzou much.

SBNation: LSU-South Carolina wouldn't be the first football game to be relocated due to weather.

SECCountry: SEC Nation to broadcast Tennessee-UGA game this weekend instead of Carolina-LSU.

Bleacher Report: Steve Spurrier's Final Act Is Getting Ugly. Shhhhhh - mum's the word on this; no one must know! Seriously, this is a well-written, longform piece from BR worth your time. CU's ex coach Tommy Bowden has a frank take on the situation.

Post & Courier: On the Beat: Be like Cam? USC’s Spurrier seeks more balance from Nunez. Zo was jittery but he still brings the spark. I like Perry Orth a lot and he should play some reps, but Perry's a senior and cannot help us next year.

Gamecock Cereal: True or False: Assessing the situation after Missouri by Collyn Taylor. Plus - Rixon Lane's and Chris Clarke's Sandstorm Podcast: Can USC get back to relevance? They are going to three times a week.  Part 1 of the show which assesses where we are as a program is very open and honest.

The State: Lack of leadership not the issue for Gamecocks. Not sure I'm with Cloninger on this. "Attitude Reflects Leadership."

The Big Spur: Post-practice notes: Status of centers reversed. Also - WR commit Bryan Edwards continues to impress.

SportstalkSC: DB Isaiah Stallings (6-4 200) of Fayetteville, NC has Carolina in his top five.

Palmetto Recruiting: Former Florida commit might reach out to USC. We can offer early p.t. opportunities, for sure - Wilds and Carson are gone in 2016, and Williams had underwhelmed.

Gamecock Fanatics: Repost of the official Tuesday practice report with videos coaches & players.

Saturday Down South: Amid distractions, South Carolina prepares to host LSU.

SI.com: LSU-South Carolina Preview. "So far only Mother Nature has stopped Leonard Fournette and LSU."

GamecocksOnline: No. 15 Gamecocks Men's Soccer Fall at No. 6 Wake Forest 2-0 and Gamecock Men Ranked Fourth, Women 12th by CollegeSwimming.com.
