The SEC released it's 2015 Coaches Football Teams selection today, with Pharoh Cooper and Skai Moore being selected among the honorees. While Alabama led the way with 10 players being named to the first- and second-team selections, South Carolina's respective standout offensive and defensive stars are deserving representatives for the Gamecocks.
Pharoh, with 138 career receptions for 2,163 yards and 18 TD's (66 rec, 973 yards, 8 TDs in 2015) is a first-team selection for the second straight year. Moore, making his debut on the list, is a second-team selection after having a standout year and logging 110 tackles, two sacks, and four interceptions this season.
Both are likely eyeing their 2016 NFL draft prospects and their future status with the Gamecocks is uncertain, but they offered plenty of highlight moments and rare bright spots in an ultimately disappointing 2015 football season. If Muschamp is able to coax either player back to Columbia for another year, they'll be key additions to the first-year #HeadBillCoach's debut squad. If they choose to make the jump to the pros, we'll certainly miss them, but they've definitely proven themselves as special athletes in the college ranks.
