Plenty has been said and written here at GABA about the Gamecocks not being included in the NCAA tournament. But as disappointed as everyone is that South Carolina isn't in, the program has still made plenty of progress over the past couple of years and absolutely deserves support from the fans as they participate in the NIT.
Check out our preview of the game and catch up on the last minute news:
#Gamecocks senior Michael Carrera is available for tonight's contest vs. High Point. He missed the last two games with a right hip injury

USC has announced the suspensions of TeMarcus Blanton, Marcus Stroman, Chris Silva, Eric Cobb and Jamall Gregory. Out tonight.

Obviously Carrera's availability is great news, but the suspensions of Blanton, Stroman, Silva, Cobb, and Gregory mean the Gamecocks will still have a short bench in tonight's game.
