South Carolina Baseball Weekend Game Thread: BEAT TENNESSEE

After bouncing back against a solid Coastal Carolina team, the Gamecocks will look to solidify their first place standing in the SEC East with a series win against the Volunteers of Tennessee.

It's that time of the week again. Another SEC series is upon us. The South Carolina Gamecocks successfully navigated the first nine games of their SEC slate and are sitting pretty at 7-2, and in a tie for first place in the SEC East. Yes, we lost 2 out of 3 at Vanderbilt, but 7-2 in 9 games against 3 straight ranked conference opponents ain't too shabby.

As far as this weekend goes, the Gamecocks play host to the Volunteers of Tennessee. Come talk about it with us as we try to take the home series from the Volunteers.
