The Gamecocks, after dropping a series to the Kentucky Wildcats, will look to rebound against the Texas A&M Aggies. The Aggies will be a tough opponent for the Gamecocks to rebound against, but the Yardcocks will, fortunately, be in the friendly confines of Founders Park.
We're fighting chickens. We ain't scared of no furry dog mascots.
*UPDATE NUMBER 1*
Unable to cash in on scoring opportunities early on, the Gamecocks were shut down by Aggie pitching. Clarke Schmidt pitched a gem, but got absolutely no run support. The Gamecocks will look to even the series Saturday night at 7:30 as Braden Webb will take the mound. The game can actually be found on regular TV for once (SEC Network) and also on the regular radio station of 107.5 The Game for the Columbia, SC area.
