Nick was not heavily recruited out of high school. A part of a 9-3 football team his senior year at Gainesville High School, Nick helped lead his team to the Florida 6A regional semi-finals.

College Career

According to GamecocksOnline, Nick joined the South Carolina Gamecock football program as a walk-on tight end in 2014. Nick was redshirted his freshman year. He was then moved to long snapper during the 2015 season and saw playing time in 6 games.
