The Rubber Chickens: Snap Judgments – 2016 USC @ Mississippi State Edition. I think he nails most of this; I wouldn't say we were greedy for a W however - I just thought we had a better chance than I turned out we did. I do agree 100% with him about Orth v. B-Mac, and it's no slight against Perry.

SEC Country: Randy Capps is allocating blame - Where Kentucky, South Carolina went wrong.  I would allocate a bit more % to "Time and Place" but otherwise his analysis is irrefutable. Also - UK-USC is going to be a 7:30 p.m. kickoff at U.K. Positive thinking ~ More time for us to enjoy this. Negative thinking ~ More time for him to get ready for us.

The Student Section: In case you were wondering if ECU needed any extra motivation to try and sink us at W-B, after having won their sixth straight victory against an ACC foe last week, then keep this in mind - When the Big 12 recently trimmed its list of expansion candidates, East Carolina Pirates didn’t make the cut (from 9.10.16). Don't think a team made up of guys spurned by Power 5 programs doesn't have a huge, teamwide chip on its shoulder now that ECU has been passed by (again) for a Power 5 slot.  That and being +6.5 road dogs.
