An SEC West matchup headlines this week’s slate of conference games

NCAA Football: Louisiana State at Florida Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Game of the Week

#10 Auburn (5-1, 3-0 SEC) at LSU (4-2, 1-1 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 3:30 PM, CBS

The Auburn Tigers have only lost to Clemson and have been rolling through their conference schedule, blowing out three SEC opponents in a row. The LSU Tigers have two bad losses, but did manage a win against Florida in the Swamp last week. LSU isn’t in a great place as a team, but they’re not huge underdogs and if they can keep up with Auburn this could be a good one.

Full Schedule

BYU (1-5) at Mississippi State (3-2, 1-2 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 12:00 PM, SEC Network

After three tough SEC games in a row, the Bulldogs get a bit of a breather against an underachieving BYU team.

South Carolina (4-2, 2-2 SEC) at Tennessee (3-2, 0-2 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 12:00 PM, ESPN

The Gamecocks are trying to build off of a big win over Arkansas, while the Vols are coming off of a bye week but dealing with chaos within the program.

Vanderbilt (3-3, 0-3 SEC) at Ole Miss (2-3, 0-2 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 3:30 PM, SEC Network

This is an exciting game because one of these teams will get their first SEC win of the season!

Texas A&M (4-2, 2-1 SEC) at Florida (3-2, 3-1 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 7:00 PM, ESPN2

Both of these teams are looking to bounce back after a conference loss last week and the Gators are narrow favorites in what should be an interesting matchup.

Arkansas (2-3, 0-2 SEC) at #1 Alabama (6-0, 3-0 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 7:15 PM, ESPN

The good news for the Hogs is that even against Alabama they probably won’t give up as many defensive touchdowns as they did last week.

Missouri (1-4, 0-3 SEC) at #4 Georgia (6-0, 3-0 SEC)

Saturday 10/14, 7:30 PM, SEC Network

Things improved slightly for the Tigers last week as their loss to Kentucky at least wasn’t a blowout, but this one probably will be.
