Fresh off their thrilling comeback win over Missouri, the South Carolina Gamecocks have been installed as 2-point underdogs when the No. 22 Texas A&M Aggies come to Columbia on Saturday.
Texas A&M is coming off a thriller of its own, having spoiled Kentucky’s undefeated start with a 20-14 win in overtime. Under new coach Jimbo Fisher, the Aggies (4-2) have put together a solid season thus far, with their only losses coming to No. 1 Alabama (45-23) and No. 4 Clemson (28-26 in a wild one). A&M will enter this week’s matchup on a two-game winning streak, having beaten Arkansas and the Wildcats — and, as we all unfortunately know, the Aggies have not lost to South Carolina since joining the SEC.
Texas A&M is 5-1 against the spread this season, while the Gamecocks are 3-2.
