South Carolina adds a few new names to its ongoing coaching search.

Ray Tanner and South Carolina continue their search for its head coaching vacancy following Steve Spurrier's resignation in October. Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports is reporting that current Arizona head coach Rich Rodriguez will interview with Tanner in regards to the opening.

Rich Rodriguez won the Pac-12 South last season with the Wildcats. At Arizona, he has posted a all time record of 32-20 within four years and is 2-1 in bowl games. In 2015, Arizona is currently 6-6 and 3-6 in Pac-12 conference play. Rodriguez, of course, was the former coach at West Virginia (60-26, 34-14 in-conference), whom he led to four Big East titles. He then took the reins at Michigan, where he struggled to a 15-22 mark before being fired.

Some other names may be on the table in addition to Rodriguez. Tanner, according to Feldman, also has interest in speaking with current Cal head coach Sonny Dykes and former Rutgers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano. He also reports that South Carolina would like to have a coach named by Sunday.
