Coaching search: Kornblut and company over at SportsTalk are reporting that a "tentative agreement" is in place for Tom Herman to become the next head coach of the South Carolina Gamecocks. However, that is being completely denied by both Herman himself and athletics director Ray Tanner, according to The Big Spur. So there's that. GC: Shawn Elliott sat down behind the "Carolina Calls" microphone for the last time (maybe? perhaps?) - pushed back because of Thanksgiving on Thursday. ESPN: With South Carolina/Clemson looming, the roles have reversed for both teams from what they were last year. Chris Cotter, Danny Kanell and Paul Finebaun sat down to talk about it.
The State: Tiger Rag. Over, and over, and over, and over again, on loop, during football practice yesterday. What's his thought process after his classmate chose to make the jump and declare for the draft after the season's up? And, 2003 vs. 2015, by the numbers.
SEC Country: Five things Gamecocks fans need to know on Wednesday.
SBN: CFP Top 25 is out. Clemson, Bama, Big Game Bob and Oklahoma OUT OF NOWHERE and Iowa are the Top Four.
