Jerad Washington is currently listed with the third-team behind Pharoh Cooper and Matrick Belton. He's pretty undersized at just 158 pounds, but he's speedy and has reportedly impressed WR coach Steve Spurrier Jr. In a year that the receiving core consists of Cooper and a whole bunch of unknown quantities, he could get on the field as a possible deep threat.
