1. Alabama Crimson Tide

The Tide may have been playing a cupcake, but anytime you keep your opponent to under 100 total yards, you did something right on defense.

2. Florida Gators

The Gators got to take John Brantley for a test tide against lowly FIU.

3. Ole Miss Rebels

The fact that Ole Miss had to sweat while Les Miles bungled an opportunity for the win shouldn't obscure the fact that the Rebels appeared to be the better team for most of the afternoon yesterday.

4. LSU Tigers

The gods have stopped smiling upon Les Miles. A date with Ryan Mallett awaits.

5. Arkansas Razorbacks

The Hogs impressed in a blowout against Mississippi State. This team has really come on down the stretch.

6. Tennessee Volunteers

The Vols struggled a bit against Vandy but eventually pulled out a win.

7. Kentucky Wildcats

The 'Cats climb several spots this week after their impressive win over Georgia.

8. Georgia Bulldogs

Georgia doomed themselves against Kentucky with a combination of poor special teams play, weird goal-line play calling, and a Cox-tastrophe.

9. Auburn Tigers

The Tigers took a week off to try to regroup and figure out a way to win the Iron Bowl.

10. South Carolina Gamecocks

The 'Cocks took a week off to prepare for rival Clemson's visit to Columbia.

11. Mississippi St. Bulldogs

The MSU Anthony Dixons kept it close for a while against Arkansas, but lack of defense eventually did them in.

12. Vanderbilt Commodores

Vandy put up a noble fight against Tennessee, but as has usually been the case this year, it wasn't enough for the 'Dores to get a win.
