The JUCO wideout committed back on March 1, but it's unclear why he would decommit almost eight and a half weeks later. He is originally from Louisiana and has had LSU on his radar for a while, so it's possible that Les Miles and his staff have been working him hard in advance of an offer. It wouldn't surprise me if he commits to them if/when they do offer. There was also a report from Sportstalk this morning stating that Dan Mullen and Mississippi State's staff have been looking to flip him.
