Word is trickling out that he may have hired their HS coach
as well as getting commits from several players. Dabo and Conn were both Bama boys, so maybe that’s the connection (yeah right).

Yeah, there's a prior relationship between Dabo and the HS coach, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if Dabo is bringing the guy on at Clemson.
He’ll go to any length to get a kid he wants. Open question whether these kinds of tactics pay off in the long run. Is selling your staff positions for recruits any way to build a staff? You be the judge.
I do think the commitment sticks, personally. Kid will obviously get the full-court press from LSU and others, but he seems serious enough to me, for whatever reason.
