Cincinnati Bengals cut Victor Hampton

All 32 teams are required to cut down their rosters to 53 players by 4 p.m. on Saturday. Former South Carolina Gamecock Victor Hampton, who gave up his final year of collegiate eligibility to enter the NFL Draft, did not make the final roster. Hampton's former teammates Connor Shaw and Travian Robertson were also cut on Saturday, from the Browns and Falcons, respectively.
