The South Carolina Gamecocks will have at least three representatives on the NFL’s Pro Bowl AFC team this season in the form of linebacker Jadeveon Clowney, defensive lineman Melvin Ingram, and cornerback Stephon Gilmore, with tight end Jared Cook making the list as an alternate.

Houston’s Clowney, who was named a starter, is making his third straight Pro Bowl appearance. He has 37 tackles, 14 for loss, and eight sacks, along with two fumble recoveries (one of which he took in for a touchdown).

Los Angeles Chargers’ Ingram and New England’s Gilmore, each making the second Pro Bowl of their careers, will also start. Oakland’s Cook would be in line for his first appearance if a starting tight end for the AFC elects not to participate in the event.
