“I feel the most comfortable there,” Dixon said in an interview with Rivals.com. “I feel like I’ll be in the best hands there. I feel like I have an opportunity to make an impact as a freshman.”
Dixon visited in June, with Penn State (September) and Miami (December) getting visits as well. In the end, it ended up being a two-horse race between the Gamecocks and the Hurricanes, with the Gamecocks the team coming out on top for the 6-foot, 170-pound recruit.
