And then cut twice as much from the annual USC appropriation.
Honestly - The real eye raiser is the lack of the contract extension. The raise is simply keeping pace with the ballooning SEC west salaries.

The lack of contract extension probably says what we already knew, that Spurrier likely won’t be here more than two or three more years.
