Another South Carolina Gamecock came off the NFL Draft board on Saturday night, as the Las Vegas Raiders grabbed wide receiver Bryan Edwards with the 81st overall pick.
Edwards leaves Columbia having rewritten the program’s record books as USC’s all-time leader in catches (234), consecutive games with a catch (48), and receiving yards (3,045). His 22 touchdowns are tied for third, and he had 25 games with five or more receptions while logging eight 100-yard performances.
