South Carolina is back in action this weekend as they will play three games in three days at the Wakiki Beach Marriot Rainbow Wahine Showdown.

Their first matchup will be with Arizona State, who currently sits at 1-1 on the year. The Sun Devils lost their opener to Kentucky in overtime before beating SMU.

The Sun Devils are lead by junior Quinn Dornstauder who is averaging over 14 points per game. She also has seven blocks on the year and four steals.

Arizona State lost in the Sweet 16 of last year's NCAA Tournament to Florida State who South Carolina beat to advance to the Final Four.

The Gamecocks come into the game 4-0, with their most recent win coming last weekend at UCLA. The Gamecocks couldn't find a way to pull away from the Bruins but held on for the 68-65 win.

Tiffany Mitchell leads the Gamecocks in scoring so far this season, averaging 15 points per game while sophomore A'ja Wilson is right behind at 14.3 points per game.

South Carolina is making their second trip to Hawaii and their first since 1990. They swept a two game set from Hawaii in 1981 and went 2-1 in a tournament in 1990.

The Gamecocks will face CSU Bakersfield Saturday before finishing off the tournament with Hawaii on Sunday.
