The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that linebacker Willie Mitchell will continue to serve a suspension that began last week due to his arrest, and conviction, for driving under the influence of alcohol. The report states that when the arrest was made Mitchell's blood-alcohol content was at 0.15, where the legal level in Florida is at 0.02.
Prior to being suspended, the six-foot, 228-pound junior started the first two games of the season, logging eight tackles, six of which were solo stops.
In his place, six-foot-one, 205 pound true freshmen Chequan Burckett is expected to start.
