Next Saturday, South Carolina will return to the friendly confines of Williams-Brice Stadium for the first time in four weeks to take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the penultimate match-up of the Gamecocks' SEC (regular) season. With a win over Mississippi State, South Carolina would tie a school record for consecutive home wins with 15. The Las Vegas oddsmakers think that there's a pretty good chance the Gamecocks will reach that mark, setting the opening point spread at 11.5 in favor of South Carolina.
Early money appears to be flowing toward the Gamecocks, as the line has moved to South Carolina -12.5.
What do you think of that point spread? Is it too high? Too low?
