Hopped up out the bed, turned my phone on, took a look at Twitter, and what's up, hey, Shane being Petty Oh!

So remember back when Shane had that press conference after the Mark Stoops comments came public? And how I wrote a post on this very site that Shane Beamer is the new Petty King? Scroll down and read it if you haven't already, but that interview was a masterclass in Petty. As I said in that article, Shane did believe or accept Mark Stoops explanation of his comments. Those comments were directed at Shane and the Carolina program. Not to mention, they played Sandstorm during they're post game celebration last year.

So after a win, where UK never left, you know Shane, the Petty King, had some Petty to perform. And he didn't disappoint. You will see this video in the next couple of days, Shane putting on his shades, dancing around, while his team sing the Soulja Boy song, that should be played at all home games from now on.

But now the pettiness is spreading. Zack Pickens was wearing shades during post game festivities. Shane's daughter , wearing shades into the interview room. But then, there's Jr. Petty, one Spencer Rattler. You heard it, and I heard it. One year ago this week, he got beanched. Fast forward to the Red River Rivalry 2022, Oklahoma got scorched 49-0. Spencer isn't playing well, at least not yet, but that has to feel good. There's no better feeling than seeing an ex do badly with out you. Some of you will disagree, but hey, what can I say...I'm petty to.
