OXFORD — An Inside The Grove report this afternoon says Murphy Holloway will not be back with the Ole Miss basketball team, according to an anonymous source.
Ole Miss Sports Blog
Ole Miss confirmed that Holloway is leaving in order to be closer to home (and his kid(s), presumably). Could USC be in his future? Who knows, but it'd be nice to get him on our roster. Holloway, you'll remember, is from Irmo, SC.

We could DEF. use a player like Holloway.
I’d take him in a second.
Ole Miss is taking a beating this off-season.

But I wonder if we can make room for him? I know he'd have to sit out a year--I guess there must be some way we can pick him up a year from now.

Cu
Murphy said he is interested in transferring to Clemson, among other choices. The Tigers do have a scholarship available for this class as I think SC does not but could be wrong there (didn’t Geathers get the last one?).

I think that's right, about Geathers.
I’m hearing CU, too.
